{mindful Monday} Broken Open

When necessary, allow yourself to be broken open. Feel the heartache. Be exposed. Be raw. Feel everything ~ the dark, the horrible, the beautiful, the light. Observe where your mind goes with no judgment. Listen to your heart, but really acknowledge your gut feelings. Your belly never lies, while your heart always maintains hope. Be clear, not clouded. Move where your body needs you. Be silent. Listen carefully and you will find the answers to the questions you seek. Trust the process. Trust your instinct. Live your truth. No lies.
